1. Overview

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through vividplants.com, including orders for Aeroface products. We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and will notify you by email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Timeframes are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays) from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.


3. Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all domestic orders with a cart value of $60.00 or more (after any discounts are applied). Free shipping is not available on international orders.


4. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days only. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

We will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active after you receive this notification.


5. International Shipping

We ship internationally at a flat rate of $25.00. Delivery timeframes vary by destination and are subject to local customs processing times.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Vivid Plants is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.


6. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery through the carrier's website.

7. Incorrect Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Vivid Plants is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address as a result of customer error.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately at vykrocilka@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been fulfilled.


8. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information and contact the carrier directly.

If your parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at vykrocilka@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the matter. We are unable to take responsibility for delays caused by the carrier, extreme weather, or circumstances outside our control.
